A
compressible layer within the sleeve expands when compressed air is
supplied allowing the sleeve to be positioned. When the air supply is
removed, the sleeve contracts forming an immovable supported cylinder,
until compressed air is again supplied, for easy sleeve removal.
BELAIR
Sleeves require the highest quality air cylinder which contains precise
holes to produce an air cushion between the sleeve and the mandrel.
The
BELAIR sleeve system has been designed with protection on the end of
the sleeve to prevent chipping off and damage when handling or in
storage.
