BEL Group have been manufacturing and refurbishing glue and doctor rolls for over thirty five years also making engraving mills and dies in-house consequently we have an extensive range of the highest quality tools for corrugated glue rollers, and we can make specialized tooling to suit the customers requirements.

Using our corrosion resistant crush coat NUALLOY™ for the Glue rolls initial build-up material, prior to Engraving and Tungsten Carbide Coating, cerates a crumple zone and will depress to protect the corrugators rollers against debris falling between the two rollers.

NUCOAT™ Tungsten Carbide hard coatings are super finished creating a high performance glue and doctor coating rollers saving time and money while increasing service life. Reducing downtime which can occur when changing worn glue and doctor rollers, comparative wear tests indicate Tungsten Carbide glue and doctor rolls have three to four times the longevity of chrome plated rollers.
